CLA 1 Linear axis with collaborative robot arm
A collaborative robot arm is mounted on the linear axis. The linear axis serves as the seventh axis of the robot and can be moved and programmed via its controller. The high positioning accuracy of both devices allows the robot arm to automatically refill the magazines of the processing stations. The individual parts of a previously disassembled workpiece are checked by sensors and inserted into the correct magazines of the processing stations according to their design.
