Collaborating e-series 6-axis robot arm on linear axis 2500 mm
The system consists of a collaborative robot arm with an additional linear axis. This linear axis serves as the seventh axis of the robot arm. The robot arm can thus be moved over a distance of three metres. The other six axes of the arm can still be used for pick & place or other applications. This system can be used in the Industry 4.0 production line or in other mechatronic productions. A combination of mechatronics with lathes or milling machines is also conceivable. The robot arm moves on the linear axis to the production machines and loads them with raw parts. The semi-finished parts are then transported fully automatically by the robot to the production line and inserted into the magazines of the processing stations.
A standalone application of the robot/linear axis combination is also possible.
Collaborative 6-axis robot arm with gripper and integrated camera system.
The system consists of a collaborative 6-axis robot arm with electric gripper and integrated camera system. The robot can be programmed quickly without a long familiarisation period, is easy to set up and is also collaborative and safe. Thanks to the intuitive software, even inexperienced operators quickly learn the basics of programming. Desired waypoints can either be approached and saved via the teach pendant or via the manual guidance function. In manual guidance mode, the robot arm can be moved directly to the desired position by hand.
