Processing station

In conjunction with a conveyor belt, the station accomplishes a portion of a fully automatic assembly process for an end product made of three separate components, i.e. punching a bolt into the workpiece.

• PLC requirements: 2 x digital outputs, 4 x digital inputs

To assure functionality and a long working life for pneumatic components and controls, a maintenance unit is required, consisting of: filters, pressure control valve with pressure gauge and lubrication.
