SybaPro system wall-type workstation, perforated grid assembly panel, 1200x1975x400mm (WHD)

High quality upright/wall-type workstation with SybaPro triangular power duct aluminium profile columns. The workstation is equipped with a large perforated assembly grid for the installation of electrical engineering equipment and for accommodating diverse technical devices and training equipment.
The triangular aluminium profile columns as power duct are also designed to accommodate different power supply units.
The workstation is compatible with all the components and expansion modules of the SybaPRO systems and for that reason is extremely versatile in terms of its outfitting and expansion capabilities.
Possible combination with power ducts of the SybaPro range permits integration of additional SybaPower media supply units as well as measurement, testing and output devices. In the outer profile grooves, add-on components such as PC and monitor brackets can also be mounted.

Table top:

• 30mm thick quality beech wood multiplex tabletop (BB/BB)
• Sturdy and solid design with 29 layers of laminated hardwood
• Surface edges oiled all-around to protect surface against liquids, dirt and dust (diffusible, dirt- and water-resistant surfaces)
• All edges with radius
• Softened according to DIN 68705
• Height of table top 400mm
• The table top height adjustment is continuously variable

Frame and columns:

• Side sections made of aluminium profile columns in a triangular shape as power duct 
• Powder-coated, standard colour: grey (RAL7047), other colours also available
• Designed to accommodate various devices for supply of power and safety protection (no additional power ducting required)
• 6 identical grooves inside the extruded aluminium-profile (2 on each side + 1 each per end)
• Grooves to accommodate industry-standard equipment holders
• Equipped with up to 11x1 MU modules per side (various media supply units) above (7 MU) and below (4 MU) the table top.
• Pre-wired with power supply bus system for special MU inserts or panels
• Terminal strips for connection to on-site power supply
• High-current quick-connectors of IP20 protection class according to DIN EN 61984:2009
• Power ducts can also accommodate additional wiring inside them
• Each column with integrated level compensation (adjustment range 0-40mm)
  • Optional with 400mm-long floor supports/feet with dual level compensation (adjustment range 0-40mm)
  • Floor supports/feet with 2 drill holes for floor mounting, which means the workstation can also be positioned anywhere in the room (additional reinforcement up to the ceiling recommended)
  • The addition of feet/floor supports raises the overall height by at least 30mm (1975mm >> 2005mm + optional 0-40mm of possible level compensation adjustment range)
• Continuously variable height adjustable table frames made of rigid rectangular tubing combination of at least ST37 around all four sides with additional centre cross strut to boost stability
• Acid-resistant epoxy-resin coating (approx. 80µm thick), colour grey RAL7047

perforated assembly grid panel:

• Sturdy perforated wall panel made of 2mm sheet steel ST37, welded to a stable,  rectangular tubing combination around all four sides 30x10mm, solidly mounted between the aluminium profile columns
• Punched holes 5x10mm for a rapid and secure installation of commercially available equipment and material (using plastic wall plugs) and the mounting of experiment box systems
• Surface powder-coated  RAL7047
• Size of the perforated assembly wall panel: 956x100mm (w x h)

Variable wall mounting:

• Including 4x adjustable mounting brackets, continuously variable mounting possible throughout the profile range
• Depth adjustment range: 170mm, which means adjustable wall distance of 155 - 325mm
