Training system Belt system

The training system consists of different modules which in their entirety represent an industrial conveyor system.

The system consists of the following assemblies:

spurl/bevel gears

The spur/bevel gearbox module is suitable for implementing the learning objectives and learning content from the learning fields of technical and commercial training and further education in industrial metalworking professions on real industrial products. The helical/bevel gear has a total reduction ratio of i = 7.3 and an output hollow shaft Drm. 25mm for connection to the belt module. An acrylic viewing window allows a view into the gearbox and an adjustable overload clutch is intended to prevent damage to the gearbox.

All parts are made of stainless steel (CrNi), brass (CuSn) and plastic (POM).
2 exchangeable spur gears with different modules are part of the equipment.

Three-phase motor with power control cabinet

The three-phase motor with integrated frequency inverter with mounting flange and switch cabinet is used to expand the Gear Technology module.
It can be flanged directly to the gear unit and switched on via the main switch.
The operating speed of 500 rpm is preset.

Switch cabinet lockable with key. This ensures unauthorised opening (especially for untrained persons)!

The three-phase motor is fully wired to the control cabinet. Connection via three-phase plug.

Conveyor belt

The module conveyor belt (1000x100x120mm) is mounted on an aluminium base plate of 1000 x 500 mm. Together with the gear and the three-phase motor, it forms a functioning unit.

Conveyor belt is mounted on base plate. Mounting holes for all other attachments are provided in the base plate.

Magazine

The magazine module is integrated into the conveyor module and completes the system with sensors, actuators and pneumatic components.
Prefabricated semi-finished products are fed into the magazine, detected by a light barrier and pushed onto the belt by a control pulse from a pneumatic cylinder.

slider

The slide module consists of 2 angle brackets, actuators, sensors and the pneumatic part. It is attached to the belt module.

Control cabinet VPS

The control cabinet is fully assembled and wired. Control is via relays. Only protective low voltage 24V is installed in the control cabinet.

switch cabinet frame

Control cabinet frame for mounting on base plate. Both switch cabinets are screwed to the frame and are therefore fixed for assembly work.
